Your Critical Path is an essential project management tool identifying and prioritizing tasks and dates needed to get your new collection to market. It provides a roadmap highlighting all the processes and steps involved in the production of your clothing item providing understanding on how decisions and delays affect your overall project risks and timelines

Typically, this can include - the initial sample stage, development or sourcing of key fabrics, performance testing, final sample approvals, production start and management to QC and finally Ex-factory - every aspect that allows us to deliver you project to the right quality, price and on time.

Regular Project Calls – Best achieved by video call/face to face depending on location and to include any individuals as needed (The ‘Project Team’).
Trips – We have considerable experience in organising factory/ supplier visits for development handover/production planning/quality control etc. covering all well-known regions and can either be accompanied or independent.
