Production [Management]. Fashion Delivered have extensive experience in managing the complicated stage in the process avoiding risks and maintaining your Critical Path.

Production Order Placement: Through our experience and knowledge, we can guide you on initial quantities, prices, delivery and payment terms using our expertise in garment engineering, fabric and trim consolidation, merchandising and quality control. Ensure that the production order is meeting required milestones and handle any issues as they may arise.

Critical Path Management: Ensuring your key dates are planned correctly and met, highlighting any issues as they arise while mitigating any risks.

Communication Management: This will be between all parties and including mill/factory/suppliers up to and including final QC of product prior to shipment (onsite).

Payment to Suppliers/ Factory: We can advise on how much and at what various stages it should be made.

Bulk Production: It’s in the detail; we can advise on how your supplier will pack and according to your specifications of style/colour/size so that once it arrives with you it’s easy to manage for Web orders etc.

Product Delivery: This will be agreed between Client and the supplier with Fashion Delivered advising as much as necessary. 

Quality [Control]. We advise you (and can assist with) to make sure due diligence/ Quality Control is conducted to the agreed quality parameters before production has left the factory. This can involve travel to the factory location if required. We can conduct these factory visits on your behalf or accompanied and introduce you to the process allowing you to continue as you see fit. Attention to detail at sampling and sealing will improve results art production stages.

We can provide advice on how to conduct Quality Control (QC) efficiently and what key points to check or be aware of. We have a high level of experience and expertise with factory processes, capabilities and offerings both in the UK, Europe and Rest of World with stringent processes in place to manage any potential pitfalls.
