We will develop your Creative Concept Review, (sometimes known as a Product Development and Sourcing Strategy), tailored to your specific project aims and covering your specific route to market. This includes up to 8 to 10 unique styles. We are happy to discuss more styles as necessary.

The Detail:

We will be in contact to arrange the initial no obligation discovery call. The aim of this call is to have a discussion on how we can best address your needs, your high level aims are and to confirm general project details. From here we can advise what the right next steps are. If you’re happy to proceed, we will book an in-depth discovery call to delve into the detail of your project as a basis for building your Creative Concept Review.

Upon completion of this process you will receive the tailored Creative Concept Review document covering your Product Development and Sourcing Strategy. This will provide a clear path on the key milestones of development and how to approach them. It may also include:

• Design Development - fitness for purpose (fabric/product construction).

• Analysis and feasibility of current offering and relevant enhancements.

• Product development process - from design concept to tech pack to production.

• Sampling processes - how to get started.

• Sourcing - Direction on types of manufacturers to approach.

• Production definition - what to expect and how to manage.

• We can keep in touch (via video call) for any general discussions on your Strategy.

This strategy will act as a guide for you to keep handy so you have a better understanding of what could come next, what decisions need to be made and when - but perhaps most importantly, an indication of the critical path so you can work to a dedicated timeline.
